Customer Review: Shreds potatoes wonderfully!

I bought this and the thin slicing model and both work fantastically. I use this particular one for making potato shreds for potato pancakes and everyone loves them. It used to be a big problem for me to grate potatoes as I aged and my hands got a bit of artritis but with this gaget it isn't a big deal anymore. It works so fast that I am done in mere minutes and have enough potatoes to make a load of pancakes. I would buy it again in a heartbeat if anything ever happened to it, but it is made with sturdy materials so I can't see it ever needing to be replaced. It also works great to make nice shreds of hard cheese and other veggies also.
