This is the best peeler I have found- and I have tried all kinds and found that price is not predictor of performance. Originally purchased this item at a Williams Sonoma store in the Time Warner Center in NY- it is the favorite of all the prep chefs for the restaurants in the building. Once you try it you'll see why. Purchasing several in bright colors helps make sure they don't end up in the trash with the peels!
