Unlike the person who gave it 1 star - I actually tried this whisk before rating it. I have a few favorite dishes that are roux and anyone who has ever made a roux based sauce know it can be a challenge - from fighting lumps, to fighting scalding to just the overall wrist fatigue when you are done. This whisk is a life saver - not a lump in site, it gets to every corner of the pan to help prevent scalding and it is absolutely not flimsy or cheap and does the work in record time. I also have to admit that I love the multi colored look of it. A complete A+ from me.
